I have my rotors off of the vehicle and want to replace them and the bearings. But there is a hub attached (that has the bearings inside) and I cannot get this off of the old rotors. The new rotors I have do not have this hub attachment so I assume that I need to take this off of the old rotors and attach it to the new rotors. Is this what I am supposed to do? If so, how? If not, did I receive the wrong rotors. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! :banghead:

Put The Old Rotor Back On The Truck Spray The Remove The Bolts That Hold The Hub To The Rotor
Pry Bar To Seperate It Or Air Hammer

Thanks 2eyefishclaw. I will try what you have suggested.....though I will not have a chance again until Saturday morning. I'll post back afterwards. Thanks!

I was able to seperate the hub from the rotors after spraying on some liquid wrench. I put new parts on and now I am getting a loud rubbing sound (which is constant). Is this normal for new brake pads and rotors. I put on non-asbestos front pads instead of ceramics (but I thought this might lead to squealing not rubbing sounds). Do I have something tightened too much? My previous pads were 90% worn and the rotors were warped. Thanks for any help as this is the first time I've ever replaced brakes and rotors.
