As I start and when I first hit the brakes there is a pop noise that sounds quasy metallic/plastic in the door pillar between the front and rear door and BOTH sides (ie driver and passenger) not necessarily at the same exact moment. Dealer thought it was plastic trim around door but it was not. I noticed some Imprezas (per a club notice) have weld joint issues at the B pillar but there are no notices about the Legacy.

Anyone have one a solved it?

BTW - I was in a friend's 96 Honda Accord and noticed something very similar.
