Trying to fix up my Civic so I can sell it in a few weeks. But I was in a very small accident in Jaunuary and the bumper has some paint chipped off of it and it has some scratches. I am wondering if I can fix it myself. If I can't fix it myself, then how does it work? I replace the bumper cover??? The bumper itself is in really good condition.
