Have you been too your local drag strip lately? I'm sure you'll find alot of stangs there that'll give you a run for your money.
Look for a 5.0 mustang with big slicks on it :biggrin:

LACR in palmdale, the street legal drags at the califonia speedway once a month, and then the pamona strip, even though they dont do street legal's anymore. oh and plus they are building the new mopar drag city in banning witch is like 40 minutes away or something and will be open next february.

I live in a small town in texas and use to have to drive about a hour and a half to the strip but some one had a bright idea to open there old private airstrip about 10 minutes away into a nice drag strip. But I guess if you have the money to have your own private airstrip you have the money to put into making it a hell of a drag strip.

um...... im guessing that IROC was originally a 305, or an automatic, and it would be a T5 as the T56 is a six speed.
