I am thinking about putting a in-dash dvd player in my car. What is a good kind to buy and where is the best place to get one. I am not looking for the most expensive one, just one that works well.

rightg now there's 2 different kinds...the in-dash dvd screed/player and the in-dash dvd screen with separate player

and there is the new pioneer avic-ni. It has Navigation, cd,mp3,am/fm,xm. its also got built in performance stuff, digital gauges showing cornering, speed, accel, and its rear camera ready, just add the optional camera and when you put the car in reverse the display turns to camera. the avic-ni costs 2,200 bones. hope that helps

i love the new pioneer avic n1.. but what sucks is it wont let u watch movies on the front screens if you have rear screens installed while ur driving.. or so it says

get the pionneer with the built in tv tuner coolest thing ever
