Does the "stall" speed change depending upon how warm the car is or hard you initially accelerate? A friend has a 2004 330Ci that is on it's second steptronic and it feels "funny" leaving the curb for the first time in the morning. Neither of us has previously driven a steptronic, looking for some insight.
