i was wondering what the difference between truck and car rims.... and can you use truck rims on a car? thanx this will help alot

Depends on a lot of factors.

Most newer trucks have 6 lug wheels. I can't think of any car besides the Dodge Viper that has that. Most cars will have either 4 or 5 lug wheels. Offset, backspacing and width are all just as important. Front wheel drive cars need a different style wheel than a rear wheel drive or truck would use. Smaller trucks (AKA Chevy S10) has the same bolt pattern for GM F-body cars. I hope I was able to confuse you a bit more. :p

then yes, wheels that would fit your caprice may also fit S10/Sonomas and Jimmy/Blazers.
