1.a kit, your choice i got the revell not by choice i got it for free just for this tutorial.
2.knife, scribe, or sewing thread

5. 5 min. epoxy glue or super glue
6. 1/32 brass rod
7. 1.16 tubing aluminnum or brass
heres the deal im not a badass builder so my car might come off a bit im also recovering from a slump and stiches on my hand. also every car is kitted different especially if its missing the bottom apron. ill post pics later

heres the hinge i used some pliers to make em it takes some hand tweaking to make them just right

line em up make sure you have enough clearance so that it wont scratch the finish when its opened and closed

heres how i choose to mount them the other option is to heavily modify the dash and mount them there

heres how the hinge would be from the back side with the door. attached heres where i would use some epoxy to tack them on to make sure it works properly.

last one is the magic one,check the door 6 to 10 times to make sure it clears the fender do some minor hand tweaking for a good fit. then use some epoxy to finish up i would crimp a flat spot on the hinge tube to keep the door from free falling onto the body

yes, a small flat spot for mounting and to ensure the hinge stays open once the door panels have been added. im experimenting with flat hinges to make some better ones

Almost the way I made mine, Cept I mounted hinges on the fender wall's, Hinge was completly different but it opened the same. Great tutorial

thats what im hoping to accomplish with my flat lambo hinges that way there isnt too much modifications done to make em fit

That is because it is a six month old thread.
Obviously the guy who posted the pictures has moved or deleted them, or his host did. Happens all the time, a shame but often unavoidable.
