Having problems with my air con. The blowers seem to work but no cold air is being produced. Does the system need a recharge?

Even if the blower and the compressor are working, your AC might be leaking or it may have lost all its content.
Check if you can see some green stuff on the high pressure tubes of the AC. That would be an indicator for leakage.

if there is no dye evident , expect evaporator problems for sure. they are a suspect part for that year model
