After repairing a blown rear brake line, compressor oil was put in by mistake. Ran with front brakes for quite some time then slowly lost all brakes. I was busy so I got the local garage to install a new set of front pads, new master cylinder, drain & bleed the whole system etc. They couldn't get a pedal so they figured i needed a new brake booster. Put on a good used one, still notrhing. When they unhook the vacuum assist to the booster they say they get some pedal. They along with myself and other garages are stumped. Any ides?????????? Appreciate any help!!!

how reputable is the local garage?they might not have bench bled the master cylinder correctally?unless you have another bad line or a leak you still have air in the system!!!

sounds like the local shop needs to go back to school. If you have no pedel your booster is not bad. well, now just bleed to piss out of the system. Instead of someone opening the bleeder after each pump, pump it about 10 times then have them open it, because it is hard getting the fluid bled through the master cylender if it was not bench bled.
