97 rodeo rear wheel alignment?danforth45 06-06-2004, 09:47 PM I have a 97 4X4 rodeo 3.2 auto and I have noticed that my drivers side rear wheel is set further out (1in.) than the passengers side rear wheel. does alyone know if rodeo's are supposed to be that way due to alignment? or is my axle out of place? rodeo02 06-07-2004, 09:50 AM There's nothing to adjust/align on a solid rear axle truck- like a rodeo. are both rear rims the same? are both rear tires the exact same size? G/luck Joel danforth45 06-07-2004, 08:59 PM yes, all four are the stock 16 inch wheels with 225/75 dayton tires. rheteric 06-08-2004, 01:01 PM Is your track bar bent??? danforth45 06-08-2004, 07:01 PM track bar? what do you mean rheteric 06-08-2004, 10:18 PM There is a bar running laterally connecting your frame and your axle.... it keeps the axle from moving side to side. If it is bent, then this would result in a shorter length from point to point, and cause it to be offset. danforth45 06-09-2004, 05:15 PM ok, thanks ill go take a look. Where does it connect to on the frame and axle? vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
