Dash Material

This is a Mitsubishi Lancer EVO VI from where I live, and the pic was taken at a tuning expo, look at the dash, what material is that? and how can I make my dash look like that??

looks like a rubbery pvc material.

if I'm not mistaken is the material used in the dashes of rally cars, any other ideas?

nope its that stuff they make wet suits out of damn i forget the name though, like i wanna say polyurethane but i know thats not right. I know someone on here was talking about wrapping their seats in it, it looks good though let me see if i can find the name of it somewhere
