I have a 1969 Javelin SST with a blown rear end. I'm thinking it would be easier to replace the whole unit rather that tear it apart. Does anyone know what rear ends would be interchangeable if I can't find another Javelin? Maybe something from a Rambler? Or maybe where would I be able to find this information?

Is that the same as the 8.75" Sure-Grip?

If its not a sure grip, you could use pretty much any of them. If it is a sure grip... give it to me... I sure do want one :(

Accually isnt it called Twin-Grip?

I heard some peep call it a Sure-Grip, but Twin-Grip sounds cool too (I'm not a Mopar guru). It could be called "Stronger-Than-a- Ford 9"-Grip", but it doesn't have such a nice ring to it.
The Javelin is still available, if you're interested, Mr. Chamber.
