95 Camry won't start

I have a 95 Camry with 175000 miles - had a tune up about 8 months ago.- The last several days its been hard to start and then today wouldn't start at all. A couple of weeks ago I let the gas tank get low. Do you think the fuel filter could have trash in it? Where is the fuel filter located? Thanks the any help ASAP on this!!
