98 camry won't start

Hi, hope someone can help me. My camry won't start. It makes all the motions when a car starts, but then it just shuts off. Whne i apply the gas, it wil rev but as soon as i let go of the gas, the car stalls. The ignition works, then it stalls. I don't know what is going on. Can someone please help?

My 97 camry had similar problem twice recently.

The problem happened the first start in the morning when it was humid previous night.

The engine started and then stopped. If I stepped on the gas the engine will kept running. It will be okay if I just put my foot on engine and it run at 1000rpm for a minute.

Anyone know what the problem could be?
