American v Japanese camry mirror?

I need a mirror for my 2000 camry, passenger side, non heated, japanese built. Found one on ebay but its american. Can I still use it? whats the difference?

I think the wiring connector is different.

Yes, the electrical connector is different. Although if you wanted to, you could always cut a connector off and splice the wires yourself. But it's much easier just to go ahead and get the American manufactured one for your American vehicle, or the Japanese manufactured one for your Jap vehicle. Save yourself a lot of stress in the long run if you buy the right stuff the first time. Believe me, I'm speaking from experience.
