Hello, I recently bought a clean 96 GMC Sub. SLT. I have an annoying problems with the windshield wipers. When I twist it on I here a buzzing noise from the dash and the wipers do not engage. Nor does the wash spray out when you push for that, just he buzzing noise. After a while it will work properly. Any suggestions, could this simply be the wiper motor?
