I drive a 95 integra GSR 4dr
I was driving one day and all of the sudden my radio starts flashing, then abs light goes on and all lights dim. When I pullover my car completely shuts off and all lights die.

First thing I think of is alternator so I change that, car still doesn't start. So I change the battery. After I change that car runs fine for a little while the next day on the way home from work same thing lights start to dim off and car shuts off. Luckily I made it home. I thought it might be my memphis audio amp so I disconnected it. The car started and I drove it around the block and it started to die again.

Any ideas on what I can try next? :banghead:

You probably have a short circuit somewhere. You need to place an ammeter in the battery line and check the current draw with nothing turned on. If it is more than quarter amp or so I would say you have a short to ground on the battery wiring but don't quote me since I am no electrician! :D

I thought it might be my main relay but I'm not so sure if these are the symptoms for that problem.
