Sound SystemCivic03 05-27-2004, 12:03 AM I was toying with the idea of putting together a decent but not mind blowing sound system into my 03 civic. Just curious as to what everyones past experiences have been with them and what size/brand subs and amps are good enough to deleiver a nice sound. I want to get the new pioneer DEH-p960mp deck, but not sure. http://www.pioneerelectronics.com/pna/product/detail/0,,2076_4041_64496605,00.html kicker1_solo 05-27-2004, 12:54 AM Go with two 10" subs. I got one 500w RF 10" non-ported sub, and everyone always thinks it either a a bigger sub or more than one. Gives great thump. With a bridged 250w RF amp. I only use pioneer speakers to replave the stocks. two-ways in the front and three-way 6x9s in the back. No amp on those since i blew it. HU is a kenwood MPV-622 with with a 40g music keg. I think it sounds pretty good, but I wanna get amps for the front and rear speakers and replace the tweets and amp them. xproductionz 05-28-2004, 08:36 PM i got a pioneer organic cd/mp3 head unit and 6.5 3 ways both in front and the rears... and 2 12' rockford fosgate hf powered by 2 rockford mono sub amps vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
