I just got my 93 240sx se fastback. It is in great condition and the ka24de only has 84k on it. But I'm having a little electrical problem that I have yet have time to solve. When I turn off the ignition the taillights stays on...I'm still looking for the faulty wiring... Has anybody encounter this problem? Any insights is appreciated.

the sensor under the brake...check that out first...is it always on? And post some pics of the car. where are you located too?

Yea i bet you anything its the lil tap thats on the brake pedel its a common problem

Thanks for the tip, I'll check it out. If it is the pin behind the brake pedal, what would you suggest to remedy the problem? I live in Minnesota and I bought the car in Florida. I left the car there because I still have to fly down there for business in June, and it beats renting a car. Then I will be driving it back to MN. At that time I will have pics and will post them. As for mods, that would have to wait for a while, am broke now after all the business ventures. Plus the KA24DE has only 84k so I really can't decide what to do yet, swap or keep the KA24DE till it has more mileage on it. No babbling... Thanks guys for your help!

It's gonna take me a while to get the pics up, for I don't have a computer and internet access for the time being. I'm having a blast just driving it around. Tampa has quite a few nissan meets. So I am planning on going to some of those when I have the time.

Where do you live in Tampa? I have family down there and I stay there a lot. I almost took my 240 down there last weekend. I wish I would have(a lot of nice cars and not too many po-po that I saw) I stay in St. Petersburg.
