88 regal digital speedometer

I have looked for help! My digital speedometer keeps going off then it will decide to come on but doesn't stay on. Please help!

used inst. cluster is what you need. I have one for 50 usdollars digital speed and analog odometer

I have the same problem. Except, sometimes I get get the speedometer to work again if I pound on the dash in a certain spot. I would like to either fix the cluster (if anybody out there knows what to look for) or buy a small analog gauge and hook it up to the speedometer cable.
Anybody know how to fix the cluster?

I have an 88 regal my odometer stopped and after checking around I found out the 1980's buick digital insturment panels are very unreliable and fail frequently.
