Help With Ac Refill!!!

hi everyone, i have a 91 camry 4 cylinder. my ac is not cold anymore. i want to refill it but don't know which valve to put it in. there are 2 valves. which one is the right one?? also, can i just go to the store and buy freon in a bottle to refill it?? any suggestions, would be greatly appreciated.

your 91 has r12 u can't buy yourself.
