I got my '91 before the Indiana State Police had theirs. So most PDs thought that we were police. I NEVER had to worry about tickets.
I just sold it a while back with something over 200XXX on it. It would still set you back in the seat at 100.
I am getting the hankering for another. But now that they are so old, I'll have to watch for police cars now.
It was real fun to be cranking 15-20 over the speed limit and have an unmarked Camaro pull up and get the wave.

By the way the price for a 9c1 in Indiana thru the state bid process was $11,054 if I remember right. List was over $22,000. Wish I could buy a new one like that now!
If they even made one, I would probably pay the $22,000!
