(Closed) GTR UnLtD 05-19-2004, 08:49 PM addicted 2 b00st 05-20-2004, 12:15 AM nah i have found it to be pretty much useless. specific car forums are the place to get info. Jay! 05-20-2004, 02:42 AM Where did you hear that? Jimster 05-20-2004, 09:05 AM AF is dead and bullshit? Clearly we're losing the war on drugs, because this forum has never been better... YogsVR4 05-20-2004, 02:27 PM AF is among the the top 100 most active boards in the world. Its in the top dozen of the automotive related boards. Dead? I don't know what you're smoking, but either stop it or pass it around :screwy: psychobadboy 05-20-2004, 02:35 PM that must be some good shit :smokin:... I come here all the time and still see a whole lot of good new posts. How can it be dead? J_Swigz 05-20-2004, 06:16 PM Sorry, just had to add the extra option... psychobadboy 05-20-2004, 06:18 PM awww...now i wanna vote again! :lol2: projectsupramk3 05-20-2004, 06:57 PM The forum in general is pretty dead, but certain sections are doing just fine. Mostly because AF has some car specific forums that can't be found anywhere else. This section just can't compete with supramania and supraforums so it doesn't really get much traffic. J_Swigz 05-20-2004, 11:11 PM Checking the thing, it says you haven't voted yet GTR UnLtD 05-21-2004, 01:31 PM I aint smokin shit. And I didnt put that option to the poll. This forum is dead in most sections. No one ever visit it. Funny how the response here is different from the responce I get from the Supra section. Jet-Lee 05-21-2004, 01:35 PM If you asked this question in the Supra section, then isn't this a REPOST ??? psychobadboy 05-21-2004, 01:38 PM Checking the thing, it says you haven't voted yet yea i did...i answered 'No' YogsVR4 05-21-2004, 04:25 PM The Supra forum by itself isn't overly active. There are others that aren't hopping either. Overall though AF is a very active board. J_Swigz 05-22-2004, 01:49 AM I aint smokin shit. And I didnt put that option to the poll. It was a joke:rolleyes: GTmike400 05-22-2004, 09:51 PM It all depends on the forum you visit in particular. COT is populated, as well as the Auto Art forums. Howielong 05-22-2004, 10:23 PM Yeah this isn't dead. The areas were mike said are populated. Moppie 05-23-2004, 01:02 AM Yeah its a shit forum, thats why theres 186,085 Members, 217,922 Threads and 1,800,657 Posts. If your only interested in one spefic model of car then there some larger forums out there for some cars, like the Supra. But if your part of a larger more enlightened group of people who like all things Automotive then you will not find anywhere else on the net that is comparable in size and activity. We get more new members join per day than some forums get in a year (average of 250 per day). Jay! 05-23-2004, 01:16 AM Duplicate threads merged. DGB454 05-25-2004, 03:04 PM nah i have found it to be pretty much useless. specific car forums are the place to get info. Blasphemy. GTR UnLtD 06-09-2004, 11:41 PM OK I get it now. Its not dead. Sorry if I sounded kinda blatant. I just wanna hear some opinions. And I got it. WOW 250 per day? That is alot. tacoma man. 06-10-2004, 07:52 PM i like this forum, there are a lot of good people on here. i have been helped time and again. Solomon7 04-18-2007, 02:47 PM The jeep forum has helpoed me out on numerous occasions. Orbit24 04-19-2007, 11:38 AM Yeh, same with the GTI forum, hours saved on trouble shooting and research. Some experienced people helping out with posted replies, others not so much..:) BNaylor 04-19-2007, 11:43 AM Sorry but please check the date of the thread and last posts before resurrecting old ones.
