What is that Zwaag? lemorris 05-21-2004, 08:51 PM Here's the movie poster base for a film called Product. It's all about X. (Nasty s_it fellas....don't mess). http://www.58vw.com/art/other%20art/otherpages/productBig.jpg There's a CD I'm doing to go with it. It's all with these guys: http://www.ransonkennedy.com My cousin raps with them so I do the site and stuff. -Lemorris Zwaag 05-21-2004, 09:20 PM it is citric, here's a quick description of the tree: 1st- it's just a acidic hallway 2nd- another hallway just a bit bloodier this time 3rd- A very trippy coke can, I drew it how I saw it at the time castback 05-22-2004, 02:35 AM wow lemorris i never thought i would see the day when the was extacy on a movie poster. ...looks good. my guess is that it is all done by you in photo shop..right lemorris 05-22-2004, 10:33 AM That's right castback, The film will be touring colleges this summer in an effort to build awareness. Hopefully someone can be saved. Fingers crossed. -Lemorris castback 05-22-2004, 10:38 AM ohh so it is anti-x (lol...that just sounds funny....anti-x ...ah ha ha) *edit: so it will be touring colleges this summer huh? who is at college in the summer castback 05-22-2004, 12:00 PM an update on the ol johnny cash picture. my dad said i should give it to my grandma because she like johnny cash  http://img11.imageshack.us/img11/449/johnnydone.jpg lemorris 05-22-2004, 03:13 PM let me rephrase: The tour starts at colleges this summer (internationally), and continues for as long as it can. It is also scheduled to hit the film festivals this coming year as well. They start in the summer probably because it's easier to get dates...remember these are just local independent dudes, not Spielberg. Much like the Wyoming University independent film .... sometimes the little guys gotta start off season and try to generate a buzz. Remember many college students have colleges in their hometowns and what else does a college student have to do in the summer besides go to a flick? I hope you're not an X-fan. LOLOL I can speak from personal experience as past drug use prevented me from getting my security clearance, and lost a great freelance job for me in the past. All you pencil nubs heed my words. You never know when that stuff will catch up with you, but rest assured...it will...It always does, and when you have to answer to your family or kids, you realize it wasn't really that much fun after all. -Lemorris castback 05-22-2004, 06:45 PM don't worry im clean. lemorris 05-22-2004, 08:38 PM I thought so. You wouldn't be as good if you weren't. -Lemorris bonzelite 05-23-2004, 02:46 AM this is an ink and marker sample from the upcoming movie "stealth." http://files.automotiveforums.com/gallery/watermark.php?file=/503/55975stealth_lowrez_2-med.jpg bonzelite 05-23-2004, 02:48 AM quarter_mile 05-23-2004, 02:50 AM Nice Rendering Bonzelite. lol@ 'Ben is Pissed' quarter_mile 05-23-2004, 02:57 AM Here's a 3-d drawing of a Pool. I made a tutorial for my coworkers too. http://www.misysimentor.com/tutorials/web%20sect%20tut/default.htm I'm a little pissed at them right now so excuse my agitation. They are all writers not artists and they tend to get mired in the sub plot too much for me to teach them anything. -Lemorris castback 05-25-2004, 04:36 PM lol....i like the little cartoon video thing the best SeCrEtMoDdEr 05-26-2004, 04:30 PM omg bonzelite :worshippy lostprophets 05-26-2004, 04:33 PM omg bonzelite :worshippy ??? stuffbyalex 05-26-2004, 10:24 PM here is something for you guys. a friend wanted me to draw a boat for her. ImolaEK 05-27-2004, 07:34 PM I am currently drawing a Jesus picture for a friend of mine which will then get the picture tattoo'd on his chest. The whole thing is freehanded and is still under works. I still need to do the Halo ontop of his head, finish the robe, and do the rosarie handing from his hands. The hands could use more work i believe but he says that they are fine. http://morepictures.8m.com/images/dsc06984.jpg Howielong 05-27-2004, 07:36 PM Damn nice pic of jesus. bonzelite 05-27-2004, 08:03 PM I am currently drawing a Jesus picture for a friend of mine which will then get the picture tattoo'd on his chest. The whol hands are too small. correct rule of thumb is: distance of bottom of chin to hairline is proportional to base of palm to tip of middle finger. the praying hands are too thin and short. proportions of hands are correct, but not relative to face you have drawn. enlarge hands about 15-17% on a xerox and then measure them compared to length of face. in short, length of face = length of hand. :) HighOctaneNOSUser 05-27-2004, 09:06 PM Crap, i must be mutated. Mine don't fit with the rule of thumb. That or my mother was a duck...I dunno, I'm rambling... bonzelite 05-27-2004, 11:40 PM Crap, i must be mutated. Mine don't fit with the rule of thumb. That or my mother was a duck...I dunno, I'm rambling... it is not the same for everyone. but it should be close enough. i mentioned it because the praying hands are just too small for the face. at least enlarge them a little bit. you can copy them, trace the back of the copy, then transfer them by tracing back over the front side. like a home-made carbon-copy process. bonzelite 05-27-2004, 11:41 PM also, to really remove the dark graphite you already have, go out and purchase an electric eraser if you don't already have one. ImolaEK 05-28-2004, 07:48 AM also, to really remove the dark graphite you already have, go out and purchase an electric eraser if you don't already have one. Electric Eraser, wow i will have to check that out. thanks for the tips, the hands did look a bit weird. First time i heard the rule of the thumb, sounds about right. :bigthumb: ImolaEK 05-31-2004, 08:00 PM Im done with the Jesus Drawing. The drawing is darker than it looks in this picture since i had it under a lamp in this picture. I increased the size of the hands 15% in a copy machine. http://files.automotiveforums.com/gallery/watermark.php?file=/500/73957DSC07063.JPG bonzelite 05-31-2004, 11:09 PM good going. you changed the hands. they could be a bit larger still, but you have done a great job. very good portrait. lemorris 05-31-2004, 11:15 PM I agree with bonzelite. Makes a pretty big difference. Nice work. KustmAce 06-03-2004, 10:06 AM My first contribution to the other art section: http://images.cardomain.com/member_images/7/web/559000-559999/559749_56_full.jpg "What is it" you ask? I dont know. Well, its an art project, from Drawing 2. A shading study I guess, I just like my tribal shapes. But ya, we had to use all different kinds of shading. Anyway, there ya go. lemorris 06-03-2004, 11:35 PM Nice pen work. Good textures. Try that squiggly deal on some trees or on a phantom top Lincoln, and you'll be very happy. Nice cross-hatching. Is that water color or something I'm seeing in there? There's a purplish tint. Are you Mr. Mixed media? I like. castback 06-04-2004, 11:47 AM castback 06-04-2004, 12:00 PM here is the ol' duke...i don't like the way this one turned out http://img29.imageshack.us/img29/479/Untitled-1copy1.jpg mike@af 06-04-2004, 04:06 PM bonzelite 06-04-2004, 04:14 PM I made a brain out of my kneaded eraser. http://www.2and2.net/Priv/brain.JPGbravo. that is something i have never seen done. it is art. i like your sense of humor. lostprophets 06-04-2004, 04:24 PM I made a brain out of my kneaded eraser. http://www.2and2.net/Priv/brain.JPG :rofl: i thought he said he made his brain out of a kneaded eraser :rofl: lemorris 06-04-2004, 11:54 PM I've been working on this site for this dude in colorado.
