Thor car alarmSocial Distortion 05-17-2004, 03:16 PM My girlfriend was thinking of getting this alarm but I told her I had never heard anything about it. She (obviously) was drawn to it because it had a "clicky thing with a display" (typical girl). I told her that I wanted to find out about it before I went off and bought it for her, and that i'd rather spend more money for an alarm that will do the job, rather than buy a cheap little alarm that isn't gonna do much. Any feedback on this alarm would be appreciated. The alarm name is "Thor". sofast 05-17-2004, 05:38 PM I have heard of them. See them on ebay but dont know much about them. My advice is to do with a Viper with display, Clifford with display, http://www.directed.com or an Autopage RS750LCD http://www.autopageusa.com . Dont go with the cheap stuff. Get something with a reputation. Someone who stand behind thier product ponchonutty 05-17-2004, 08:07 PM I have heard of them. See them on ebay but dont know much about them. Personally, I'd go for DEI stuff. integrasedan 05-18-2004, 02:01 AM Tell your girlfriend that she deserves better, and to look at which DEI products she likes. Then get it for her, should be $100-150 for average models, high-ends $200-up. kicker1_solo 05-18-2004, 02:18 AM ha, great.
