what happened to cannondale?

where is the cannondale four wheeler website?? i went to www.cannondale.com and there was no four wheelers on the website at all, so i did a search for atv and nothing came up

cannondaler.com and another is cannondaleriders.com these are forum based websites as cannondale went banko :(
