the pollen filter is located behind the glovebox. to remove the filter undo all the screws (6 if i remember) and remove the glove box complete. then you can see a plastic plate (vertical) undo the screw or clip and remove the plate from the heater box. the pollen filter is behind it. pull out the filter and fit the new one.
