what is the best way to get rid of rust

What part of the car???

I have the same question, I have a bit on the rotors, but not the actual parts that the pads come in contact with, but the part that the wheel mounts to. Also a bit on the lower control arms. Steel wool seems like it would take awhile.

Well,I think this is nuts.But you never know.Let me know if this weird idea works.
