Easy, the KPGC110 Skyline GT-R, the rare and very pretty "Ken & Mary's" generation.

I have to agree with Jimster on this one (wow, that feels weird to say...lol) Awesome car in every respect...2000GT.

My signature and avatar make it pretty obvious what mine is. Though Toyota's original Publica, and Hino's 4cv are also pretty neat.

Yea, 2000GT all the way. Only Japanese Bond car I can think of at the moment

Just an interesting tidbit of James Bond info:
This vehicle is a recreation of the cars used in the film 'You Only Live Twice'. Only three Toyota 2000 GT convertibles exist in the world and this particular car has the actual control panel that was used in the film.

As much as I'd like to say Datsun 510 -- having owned one once -- my vote goes to the Honda S800 roadster.

the toyota 2000gt is one of the nicest looking car ever, i wonder why no one ever mentions it in popular car magazines? maybe i just dont know? or cause its so rare? anyways, i think that car looks more beautiful than those 60s whatever jaguars that all the old car fans seem to like.

The reason the 2000GT is so unknown is because there were only 351 examples ever built and only a few of them ever saw American soil (surprisingly, they were campaigned in SCCA club competition by no less a group than Shelby American). Also, with a 2L engine producing 150hp, the 2000GT was hardly a barnstormer for its price compared to Jaguar E-types and Austin-Healey 3000's.

Still it's a gorgeous car that really set the stage for the 240Z's arrival and is a true watershed car for the Japanese motor industry.

yea, i wouldnt think it was all that quick compared to other cars in its class, but i think its one of the best looking, better looking than the jaguar e type in my opinion.

i guess a classic japanese car worth metioning is this old 60s nissan silvia, which is also rare.
