I have a sohc zc vtec and i am getting ready to finish my turbo project.Does anyone have any settings i can put into an safc2 that will make it able to run half decent until i can get it to a dyno.I will be running about 6-8 psi to start on a t304e turbo. If anyone has any helpful advice it would be apreciated.

Maybe try http://www.turbod16.com/viewtopic.php?t=2118 I know it's a site on d15/d16's but maybe it will help; I honestly don't know anything about the ZC motors.

all cars are different and so are all motors even if you and a friend have the saem exact setup . . . you just need to toy with it and drive it and keep doing that until it feels right. What injectors are you running? If you are running like 450's try -35 acrodd the board for starters and work from there.

do you have the manual, it will get you started, if not go to www.apexi-usa.com and go to the documentation part and print out the manual. Its really hard to tune the thing right w/o a dyno

it's not that hard it just takes a little time and gas that's all.

If you don't know where to start, it can be a pain in the ass. If I remember correctly (and I do) you got YOUR settings from ME to get your car started. :disappoin

Anywho, here's the links to my old VAFC settings (disregard the VTEC of course) and AFC installation diagram for my 99 EX - don't know if the wiring will matter. Hope they help!

yeah I hear that sleeper. When I first got my VAFC for my first turbo setup about a year ago I had no idea what buttons did what or what all the #'s on the screen meant, so I can understand that. It takes a little getting use to, but once you start to mess with it a little it will be just like driving . . . . a piece of cake. We all gota start some place, it's just how we learn :)
