Some bastard in a chevy truck rearended me yesterday morning, and I'm hurtin this morning..... I stopped and he didn't, hit me at about 35 or 40, the car doesn't look all that bad, but the damage is underneath and places you don't notice it. The trunk doesn't open, close, or line up right, the rear doors open but not right, and they don't line up, and the metal in the bottom of the trunk is about an inch away from where it is supposed to be.... I am so pissed, at no fault of mine my new car is never going to be the same because of that dumbass..... his only thing to say when he got out of the car "Wow, a new car huh, I've been in plenty of wrecks don't worry about it":devil: I'm soooo bummmed now......
Any body shop recommendations for ky/oh/in area?

Seriously push for a NEW car from the insurance company. That's a full load of BS if you ask me!

how's your back/neck/shoulder/vision/memory/ankles/knees/hip/pelvis . . . you sound emotionally distraught . . . be sure to let the insurance company know that you aren't sure of the full extent of the damages . . . and you won't be until you speak to an attorney . . .

a new ride will start to sound real nice to them . . .

man, that totally sucks....make sure to tell your insurance company that you get scared now, ever since the accident, when you see another car coming up behind you and need about a few million bucks to compensate for that fear. Go to about 5 doctors for each of the pain or possible pain areas that might occure from the accident cuz a 40mph collision is pretty bad....well, try to get a new car and if you get to keep your wrecked G...can i buy your front and rear door panels???? i got first dibs...:D
