these questions have been asked 100's of times. it all depends on your budget(dont say unlimited either), and what you plan to do with the car.

Nuclear? Please. All you need a bunch of fireworks and a lighter. Can anyone say 3 second 1/4 mile?

I'm starting to think the H22 would be the best swap. 200-220hp stock would make your gokart fly.

Look around on the net for a cheap rb26 and throw that in your civic that'll give you those rpm horsepowers your looking for...dont forget to check the blinker fluid and cooler valve to make sure you can do the swap properly.... :evillol:

I wouldn't advise a h22 unless you want to just go fast in a straight line.

i agree with Genuine if its a civic just throw in a GSR it will run you about 3k at a salvage yard

I'm usually against the h22 idea, except for this particular project.

Seeing as he's turning a fucking civic into a pink skyline, i would assume the idiot doesn't know anything other than "straight line" anyway.

Go h22.

I took a ride in an H22 Civic with stock Si struts and it handled the same as my car. You all shouldn't believe everything you read.

Yea, exactly. There are many ways to counter the SLIGHT understeer from a H22 swap. stiffer rear shcoks, and a rear sway both will completely negate the weight.
