If it were a 68 Hemicuda... it could run mid 10's on slicks... far cry from 9's though (if you read stock as being no slicks).

Actually, when I was in colorado, my dad and I rode to the top of this big ass hill (it was a highway on a hill) and road downhill for two miles. If we didn't at least hit 40mph I would be very surprised.
