alright i am almost done with putting my engine back together and i am having two problems...my timing wont go past 17 degrees btd and it needs to be atleast at 10 i rotated my distributer all the way in both directions...and it wont rev past 4500 rpms...any suggestions?

had a problem in my moms mustang with that...ended up being a busted rotar, her timing was off a couple of derees and wouldnt rev past 5k

how many miles for a distributer change?

oh n thats prob not the problem there was somethin else wrong but my pops fixed it....ill ask when he gets back
