i bought a wal-mart a/c recharge kit and i have no idea how to use it. anybody ever bought/done that before? if you have any pointers let me know... thanks

I bought one at Wal-mart too...The instructions were pretty bad. You would think they would make them easier to understand because you can really get into trouble if you do it wrong. So I called around and got it done for $56.00.

Try getting a peek at a Haynes repair manual. There's a write-up for servicing a/c that might help you get thru it.

i got one of those... it pretty much said not to try and do it... a/c newbies can't do it. lol
