CD Changer error/lockups

Wondering if this has happened to anyone and if there's anyway to resolve it? My 6 disc(stock) CD changer all of a sudden gave me an error and won't eject or play any music. Of course, I can still switch between radio/tape/CD, but once I select CD, it'll just make that switching CD sound and tries to play... but at the end, it'll just give me an error message. I've tried everything.. is there a reset button of some sort? I had some burned CD's playing in there, but I doubt it's the source of the problem. Anyone got any ideas?

You might want to take it out of the dash, take it apart, and manually remove the cds from the changer. After doing this, you'll want to be sure to clean the whole deck really well using compressed air, and maybe cleaning the lens on the reader.
