Special Edition and a GS-R?

How can I tell the difference when looking at them?

I bought a 1995 and someone said they ran the numbers and it was an SE.

How would you tell the difference by looking at the two? without running a VIN?

GSR has a b18c1 motor in it.

A "Special Edition" has all the interior and exterior features of a GSR, except it has the normal b18b motor in it.

Check the FAQ at the top of the forum

Sorry but it is hard to help people who can't seem to help themselves a little :2cents:

That FAQ is all mixed up.

I have looked through the FAQ for information. Everything is mixed up some things are hard to find.

I have seen the specs that show the differences on the FAQ.

But I was just wondering what the difference in like say emblems or something special to distinguish the two from each other

Pop the hood...if the valve cover says "DOHC VTEC", you have a GS-R.
