whats the difference between aNEEDaNEWcar 04-30-2004, 12:59 AM Special Edition and a GS-R? How can I tell the difference when looking at them? I bought a 1995 and someone said they ran the numbers and it was an SE. How would you tell the difference by looking at the two? without running a VIN? SiGNAL748 04-30-2004, 01:14 AM GSR has a b18c1 motor in it. A "Special Edition" has all the interior and exterior features of a GSR, except it has the normal b18b motor in it. whtteg 04-30-2004, 02:49 PM Check the FAQ at the top of the forum  Sorry but it is hard to help people who can't seem to help themselves a little :2cents: NEEDaNEWcar 05-01-2004, 03:42 AM That FAQ is all mixed up. I have looked through the FAQ for information. Everything is mixed up some things are hard to find. I have seen the specs that show the differences on the FAQ. But I was just wondering what the difference in like say emblems or something special to distinguish the two from each other J_Spec_NiTeMaRe 05-01-2004, 04:05 AM Pop the hood...if the valve cover says "DOHC VTEC", you have a GS-R. vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
