ITR Price

I was skimming through KBB dealer retail / Edmunds Retail quotes of ITRs, and damn they are low. Right near GSR prices. Yet clearly the market doesnt reflect the prices given in KBB. Ive seen KBBed ITRs for 12k being sold for 20k.. What was the initial release price of the ITRs and why does no one sell them for anywhere close to the KBB price. Im fully aware of rarity in relation to value, and KBB isnt always perfect with that, but i mean an 8 grand increase over KBB value is ridiculous.

It's very simple, because anyone who knows what they are, will pay that price. Myself though if I were in the market, I'd offer the blue book and if the person didn't take my offer then I'd not buy one.
