does any one remember that program in f&f where the skinny guy with the VW had the software which shows and lets u put different parts on any car u want.

is there any thing like that,

where u can choose a 5th gen civic, or 6th gen, or a integra , prelude. etc.

and chose what parts u want in it, and color of the car, rims, and also shows if u do put those parts, what specs will it approx. have
