my 94 jetta has no spark or fuel i already changed distrbuter, ignition coil,ecu have no power to ignition relay and fuel relay please help

You have no power to pin six on the fuel pump relay on the relay panel? Backprobe the ECM pin #54 (red/yellow) with key on to see if it has power. If not check your power supply relay.
