I was thinking of buying a unveral muffler and was wondering instead of Weld-on application I heard you could use like a 3" clamp is this true?
I dont really need your personal opinion on Inversal muffler just need the facts Thank you.

So long as the one pipe slips snugly over another, a muffler clamp should hold it on.
If you find it is still loose you can have it welded on anyways and you are just out the price of a clamp.........so long as your $200 can has not fallen off your car on the highway end ends up wedged in the windshield of the police car behind you.
