H&R or Eibach suspension for 2nd gen MR2Ludaff 04-15-2004, 07:52 PM Hey I'm considering on changing my stock springs/struts, but i haven't experienced the difference between springs. Was wondering which springs you fellow MR2 drivers prefer or experienced with. I have a 91 MR2 and considering the Eibach Pro-Kit or H&R Sport springs. What kind of combinations are good for the MR2, is it better with KYB or Tokiko struts? I also heard Koni was good. Coilovers are out of my budget. Any help would be appretiated, thanks in advance. JekylandHyde 04-16-2004, 11:06 AM Pro-kit, nicer ride not as low of a drop. H&Rs, better handling, lower stance but a bit stiffer. I use the H&Rs and the KYBs. I do not see much difference between the KYBs and the Tokikos ... and the KYBs are much cheaper. They may be a tad bit harsher, but I am OK with that :D rollhard 04-16-2004, 04:22 PM I do not see much difference between the KYBs and the Tokikos ... and the KYBs are much cheaper. The KYB agxs are essentially the much more expensive GAB ones which KYB private labels to them. I use the SPORTLINE springs with kyb agx. nice ride. remember that the harshness of the ride will be determined not only by the suspension but by the tires also. vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
