Hey i got a quick question... when i get my body kit put on my car i was going to sand and prime the car to be totally repainted afterwards. I was thinking of molding the kit to the body to make it more sleek, is this a good idea and if so what would be the best way to go about taking care of this.

Thanks much for any replies.

If it is a daily driver don't do it, if it is a trailer queen/ show car then by all means do it. The body filler will crack as soon as you hit a pot hole, go to fast over a speedbump or take a corner too fast. My best advice is not to do it. Yes it looks nice but it is not worth it in the long run. :2cents:

I currently have molded rear bumper and molded side skirts. I havent had a problem for the past 3 years. I did not mold the front end due to above reasons, Never know when your gonna smack a parking curb. Go for the sleak look except not the front end.

like the above people said, the front you should definately not do. I would do the rear and sides, but I've seen those crack too.
