What the hell does "Sorry, this image type (6) is not supported yet" mean?

Lately everytime I try to upload a picture I get that. Why? The File is a JPEG and is smaller than 80k (Much smaller).

Seriously, what is going on? What would an AF without pictures be?

Is there anybody out there that can help?
