I've heard that certain cars can resonate a a super low pitch and cause dizziness and nausea. (Check into Nikola Tesla to see some really cool things that happen with resonance!)

Tesla could shake houses with resonance, so I believe you could get sick from it. I've heard that it's like when you blow on a pop bottle, only much bigger...

Roll your damn windows up and turn on the AC!
And yes, it can make you ill. try window deflectors. It changes the picth and deflects enough air to prevent most of the resonating.
The resonating only occurs at certain speeds, so most people don't ever notice it because the windows are up and the AC is on.

Congratulations to xs29l "Synthetic Man" for not mentioning how Mobil 1 could solve this problem...

I own a 04 Durango with dealer installed wind deflectors and with the back windows down, you can hardly hear yourself think. Very poor design as usual. Thanks Dodge, you have done it again.

So if you're in a Trailblazer or Explorer or something going down the highway, does the same thing happen?

Solve the problem and open the front windows instead. If your passengers are bitching that it's too hot or whatever in the back, kick them out.

Why would anybody spen so much money on a truck and not use the A/C. Are you people nuts?

But, if you must, then look:
IT'S A TRUCK, WHETHER IT LOOKS LIKE ONE TO YOU OR NOT, IT'S NOT AN ESCALADE, OR A NAVIGATOR.(which both have even more wind noise and resonance...)IT'S GOING TO MAKE NOISE. ROLL THE WINDOWS DOWN AND LET YOUR PASSENGERS WALK HOME IF THEY DON'T GET IT.
