A friend just bought a '91 Camry and the power locks and windows are not working.Can some one tell me where the fuses/circuit breakers are or have any suggestions?

I found the circuit breakers.They are under the dash on the left side near the kick panel and are resettable by inserting a pin in the hole.All is well!
