I just run a Carfax check on 95 Camry LE. It says:

Safety Equipment: 4-wheel ABS Optional, ....

Does that mean there is ABS or there is not? Thx.

It means that they don't have that information from the VIN number. That particular car may or may not have it, depending on what was originally ordered with the car. That year and model car was able to be purchased with ABS.
