Headgasket gone need info

the head gasket in my jdm b16a1 went bad. :banghead: I was wondering if anyone has replaced theres and what they did. Does anyone know where i can find al the timing specs?

ignition timing i would assume would be the same as the 2nd gen b16 and you can buy a manual for the motor

i did the head gasket on my prelude srv ( h22a1 ) it was a bitch to do but its saved me about $1500 canadain. doing a b16 shouldnt be hard just u need to basicly unbolt all the stuff on the head. i would reccomend going to honda and buying the service manual. it help me so much it has everything u need to know and shows how to remove the head and all that good shit. seeing as the head is goin to be off u should look into port and polish if your doing up the engine it helps so much... i gives you about 25% more hp

I cant afford to get p/p right now. Its the first time ive had to dive into an engine so im tryin to cover all my bases. My mechanic cousin is helpin me but we needed torque specs and shit.

if you want tourqe specs just buy a hondabuilders guide
