Pacesetter header?

Whats up.,.,
Do any of you guys have the pacesetter header on ur sohc? Will there be any drastic changes? Power and sound wise??

I have the pacesetter header on my SOHC and it works great on the SOHC. I would stay away from the cat-back exhaust that Pacesetter makes, but the header is a nice piece and has shown the best gains for the SOHC.
